Training and Placement cell

Preamble :

The Training & Placement Cell at DMIHER (DU) plays a pivotal role in shaping students' careers and enhancing their employability. As a dedicated center for career development, the cell is committed to equipping students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and exposure to excel in competitive professional environments.

With a proactive approach, the Placement Cell works year-round to understand industry demands, establish strong collaborations with hospitals, corporations, and organizations, and facilitate seamless recruitment opportunities. The cell also provides career guidance, clarifies career pathways, and offers structured training programs to enrich students' practical experience and professional growth.
By fostering industry connections and aligning student aspirations with market needs, the Training & Placement Cell serves as a bridge between academia and the professional world, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to contribute effectively to their respective fields.

Objectives :

• To facilitate the student's placement/Recruitment activities
• To assist students to clarify their career interests
• To organize pre-placement training/workshops/lectures for students
• To maintain the database of students
